Oh dear, now look what you've done. :) Really interesting development. It was assumed Flash would NEVER get on the iPhone browser as it blows the App Store / Apple revenue model right open. Would you pay for a game in the App Store if you could visit Miniclip in Safari for free? Nope. Ok, so Gordon has a way to go but the principle is sound. The scuffle between Adobe and Apple over Flash CS5's ability to compile an iPhone app is well documented, mainly as it's maybe a step too close to the Apple golden goose. I wonder how long it will be before we see an update to the iPhone OS and certain JS functionality will go mysteriously missing? Don't get me wrong, big fan of both companies, it's just Gordon seems to have turned up unannounced in the middle of a hand-bag flailing contest... with a bat.<br>Great work. Looking forward to seeing some more examples. +1

When Adobe is releasing Flash Player 10.1 support for Blackberry, Palm, Android, Motorolla and Windows Mobile, it's hard to feel that a Javascript runtime is anything more than a band-aid for Apple's elitism. I know that Apple has had the corner on cool, at least as far as marketing goes, for some time, but I must wonder how long it will last before people realize that it really is marketing.<br><br>I don't mean to say that it's wrong for anyone to prefer Apple, but I wonder if people will start to realize that there are alternatives. Nonetheless, this is a cool feat.

Updated and removed until I can verify, since both are webkit I made the assumption. I will check back on that and try it in the sims for now, a device next week when I have access to one. Both ipod and iphones work, 2nd gen and 3rd gen at least.

It's cool, but they don't work on Android, well, not the Nexus One which runs the latest Android out (2.1) :(
